Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall planning and management of the market of the group's smart home business, implementing the company's unified policies, adjusting the focus of urban work according to different conditions for market development and user operation, and accomplishing the company's performance and operation indicators.

2. Responsible for the cost control and effective delivery of products invested in the intelligent industry sector, and the transformation and utilization of urban resources.

3. Responsible for building smart home product team and sales team, product deployment, and market operation to expand the company's market share of smart home products.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years in operation management and market development.

2. Clear thinking, strong execution, keen market insight, energetic, able to adapt to the rapid development of the Internet industry;

3. Good communication and coordination skills and team building skills, able to use a variety of methods to build a high-quality team;

4. Tough personality, quick thinking, strong sense of enterprise and team honor, good ability to work under pressure;

5. Strong career ambition and desire for success, passion to invest in start-up business, adapt to the cultural atmosphere of start-up company;

6, Have the same position in the industry or O2O industry market operation management experience is preferred.
